What are the minimums for orders?  Top
There is no minimum for wholesale customer but you must have a valid Business ID. For retail customer, please contact your local bead/crafts shop.

What are your methods of payment?  Top
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

What is your PayPal Account?  Top
Our PayPal Account is: eastjadeusa@yahoo.com If your payment method is by PayPal, you will receive a payment request by this account when the order is confirmed.

Do you accept checks, bank transfers and COD?  Top
Yes, but order will not be shipped until the check or transfer is cleared with our bank.

Would I be able to place an order outside of the United States?  Top
Yes, we have shipped all over the world. The shipping company we normally used is USPS. You can check online for their rate¡ªwww.usps.com. We feel that it is the least expensive and safe method to ship oversea so far. However, you are free to choose your own shipping company for any oversea shipment.

Do you store my credit card information?  Top
Yes, it will be encrypted and saved in our server. We can remove all the credit card information from our side upon your request at anytime.

Do you send out samples?  Top
Once you become our regular customer, you will receive Free Sample every month. Anytime we have new products, we will send samples to you automatically.

Shipping cost will normally be calculated and display at the bottom of the final invoice online. For oversea order, we will have to find out from the shipping company before we can give you the actual price for oversea shipping.

Any in stock item will normally be shipped on the same day. For back order item, we will notify you by phone or email.

How soon do I receive my order after it is shipped?  Top
We often use UPS for delivery. Depends on where your location is, it will general take 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

Can I save the item I like and order later?  Top
Yes, you can find the ¡°Save Item¡± option on the right side of the item order box. Once you save the item, you can retrieve it back by clicking the ¡°Saved Item¡± icon on the upper right page of the website. When you order a lot or need more time to order, we strongly suggest you to use this function.

What is Super Fast Pick?  Top
This function allows you to pick All or Most of the items on the page with 1 clicks. For example, when you want to order 10pcs for All the item the page, you can
1. Input ¡°10¡± on the box next to Super Fast Pick.
2. Click
Add Items to Cart on the Left side of the Web Page.
Now 10pcs of each item are added to your shopping cart. Done! It is so fast and so easy!

Hint: Once you enter 10 in the boxes, you can also manually change individual item quantity by adjust the quantity on the individual item order quantity box. Then we you are done, just click Add Items to Cart on the Left side and Items will be added to your shopping cart.

I have been trying to shop for large number of the items I need, but I am not able to finish shopping in one session, and every time I return my cart is empty. Does your system not save the cart?  Top
Because of the internet safety issue, the system will automatically log off the user if there is no activity for a while (normally 15 minutes). However, there is a way to go around it.
1. Write down the item number one by one and line by line on the Microsoft Word document while you browsing our website. Save the Word Document if you need to take longer time.
2. Once you finish what you want, you then copy the whole lists fom the Microsoft Word Document.
3. Log in to our website and click on the Advance Search(on the left hand side) and paste the lists to the search box. Click Submit.
4. All the items you want will be displayed.
5. Put the # of pcs you want on each boxes, then click add to cart.
6. All the items you selected will be put into the shopping cart and you are all set to go. Just simply click Check Out once you are finished.
